They’re still there, but they are significantly much less quieter. And that is an immense relief — all despite this image of me in July nearly undoing my good hard work (posting for transparency sake). I’m still gonna keep working away, but for now, I’m happy with how things have turned out. :)

Which brings me to 3) — Even if the printout I got last month was skewered, I know I’ve made immense and noticeable progress in just the last three months, much less the last year. Next week marks a year since I started this journey and despite the ups and downs, I’m happy with how its turned out.

I say curious because: 1) — It is physically impossible to lose four stone in a month (or at least impossible without fucking yourself up massively) 2) — The left result is likely skewered: I did a second weigh-in today with different scales and the result came back similar (13.4 stone).

Just found out I now have to pay £540 for my car and the engine light issues it’s been having the past three weeks. By the end of the month, I’ll have paid £800+ in service, labour, new front tyres and parts for the thing. After two years of relative peace driving, I am now being hit hard at once.

Starting a run through of the major open world/quasi-open-world games (ie LA Noire) of Rockstar before GTA VI lands. Started with Grand Theft Auto III and it still holds up incredibly well after 25 years, but the endgame/final few missions are so unnecessarily hard. Now onto GTA: Vice City.
