Alongside the White Album, Reckoning is my favorite album that anyone has ever made, and this absurdly overpriced new One-Step reissue of it is probably the best it's ever sounded, but this isn't the jaw-dropping step up that the One-Step reissue of Chronic Town and Murmur achieved.

Late to the party of celebrating Gene Colan's 100th birthday, but I recently finished the Tomb of Dracula omnibus & fell in love with his art all over again. Jack Kirby & Neal Adams have legions of imitators, but no one imitates Colan, because no one can. He approached each page like a new problem
