Johary @johary.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Surprised (and disappointed) Nate Bittle didn't get the last roster spot on a pro-rated min, or even the last two-way spot heading into camp. But he's apparently nursing some sort of injury and is in a walking boot, so that could've been a factor. 000

Johary @johary.bsky.social · 29/08/2026It's crazy to me that similarly gifted NBA prospects will look at De'andre Hunter, Ben Mathurin, Cam Whitmore, Jon Kuminga et al and conclude that they'll come into the draft with the same score first mindset and little of anything else and think it'll work out great for them. 210

Johary @johary.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Should keep both tbh. That's good versatile C depth. Probably don't need to keep both Chucky and Bradley, neither has really impressed me so far. 100

Johary @johary.bsky.social · 04/07/2026I don't know what Canada's development pipeline is looking like at the moment but will need to upgrade on goalkeeping and strikers to take the next step. Was right there for a half vs a top 10 team while missing some of their best players, just didn't have the finishing talent. 010
Johary @johary.bsky.social · 03/07/2026For a minute there, it looked like the Wizards finally turned the ship around and ditched the clown organization label. Johary @johary.bsky.social · 03/07/2026The Magic going all in for Desmond Bane looks uuuuuuffff with all these deals going down right now. Bane hasn't even been bad for them or anything. But 4 unprotected first round picks and a swap could've netted them a genuine superstar had they been more patient. 100

Johary @johary.bsky.social · 01/07/2026With Alijah Martin getting a standard contract, the Raptors now have 2 open two-way roster spots, Chucky Hepburn being their lone two-way atm. Still unclear how they handle Jaden Bradley's contract, but he could get one. I suspect they keep last spot open for a possible standout later in SL/camp. 110

Johary @johary.bsky.social · 26/06/2026I'm generally skeptical of the Kawhi smoke. It's probably some sort of leverage play (again) and, if it's not, this team is still short of a competent starting PG and C away from actual contention anyway. Would be a stupendous upgrade over BI, though. 000

I'll admit I was higher on Graves before the combine measurements came in. Had he been a couple of inches taller, I thought he could be the perfect big to pair with Scottie and CMB. 100
