I'm lazy, so I normally use my Keurig to heat water for tea. Trust me when I say to be sure and remove any old coffee K-cups before doing so. I drank half a cup of Chamomile late last night trying to figure out why it tasted so bad before realizing my mistake. I didn't fall asleep until 3am. 😵‍💫

My all-time fav viewpoint in the Grand Canyon 🥹 First few times I hiked below rim, the Colorado River was brown & muddy w/sediment churned up from storms.
