Thanks to @petres.bsky.social the energy dashboard at BOKU and WIFO now has mobility data. In August, a milestone was reached: new registrations of electric cars surpassed all other car classes, including hybrid vehicles. Check energie.wifo.ac.at or dashboards.boku.ac.at

To which extent are emissions and GDP coupled? They are everywhere relatively decoupled, in the EU27 since about 1980 absolutely decoupled, and in the US since about 2007. In the EU27, total greenhouse gas emissions today are at the level of 1960, although the GDP has grown fivefold.

Marktpreis sinkt durch Erneuerbare. Der reine Erzeugungsanteil beim Endkund:innenpreis sollte daher bei ausreichend Wettbewerb sinken. Dieser Teil des Tarifs war Gegenstand der Untersuchung der Behörde, und deswegen ist die Aussage von Barbara Schmidt im Morgenjournal falsch.
