The certainty with which people report this, and other imagined scenarios involving a Harris win, makes no sense to me. I get the impetus; she came so close! That leads to 100 different "if onlys." But 2024 was a huge anti-incumbent year (THEY ALL LOST!) and Harris was an incumbent.
