today, the fuel clock for diesel hit $50 billion- businesses and consumers have since March spent $50 billion more on diesel compared to the same time last year. adding gasoline's $78.46 billion, the tally is $128.6 billion more spent on fuel vs a year ago.

What stands out in the story is that the only Dem who doesn't like the tit-for-tat idea is Durbin - who is being replaced by a Dem (Stratton) who's fine with it. (Also, Mazie Hirono seemed confused by the Q, but she's 78 and can be dizzy in hallway interviews.)

These facts are VERY similar to the case of Mohamed Jama in MN. They were looking for a 5'5" guy and snatched Jama, who is 6'5" (his lawyer did a big Perry Mason moment to have him stand in the court room). These rulings may help the victims sue.
