So glad our gasoline has gotten cheaper. If you can't read that (I mean... it was just a screen grab from my dashcam), the regular price is $6.099/gal. n.b. this is in Rancho Cordova, CA. Chevron is one of the priciest brands, and this is about 2 blocks from the freeway. Even so.

Got a weird phone call without my phone ringing. It showed up in my car right after I'd started it, and the display showed something weird in the status "GOBLIN POSS". It was a cardiologist looking for somebody else, I couldn't understand the name, so I said they had the wrong number and hung up.

Our Coincidence Field is alive and well. The family met up in Fallon, NV for some paperwork stuff. @macabrehammer.bsky.social brought her dog and booked a pet-friendly room at the local Comfort Inn, recommended I do the same. Apparently there was a run on bookings just then, so better sooner.
