So many questions...why do public history folks think AI is 'relatable'? Why is an archive of all institutions allowing this kind of grotesque historical fabulation?

Probably not a coincidence that there are adorable children in this staged photo from 1905 of how much more wheat you will harvest if you use chemical fertilizer from the mining firm Kali & Salz. www.bavarikon.de/object/bav:H...
Black and white photo in front of a wooden barn wall showing three sacks filled with wheat one with the letter 0 is the smallest, one with P is a little more, and with KP over twice as large. A farmer in wooden cogs and an apron with a fork in his hand rests his other hand on the large sack. A little girl smiles shyly from one side, on the other a little boy wears an embroidered cap.

When you base your entire argument on the medieval (!) use of Latin terms and don't look at archaeology or really any other context, you end up arguing sheep were more important in medieval Bavaria than cows and that feudal cheese dues were made with sheep milk in central Europe!
Cows are
rarely mentioned in other Urbare from the same region. The duke of Bavaria received
no cows or dairy products as renders in his offices at Bad Aibling and Kufstein in the
Tyrol that covered approximately the same area as the comital offices at Neuburg and
Falkenstein,114 but the church of Salzburg obtained 4 cows for use in the kitchen as
well as 7200 cheeses, 12 sheep, 12 goats, and 70 ells of Loden from its 24 Schwaigen
in the Zillertal. However, the summary of the church’s total renders from its properties,
problematic as the figures are, listed 212 rams, 28 goats, and 455 sheep but no
cows.115 The predominance of sheep farming in the region is obvious
