AI Article Reviews Dominate Human Peer Reviews at Their Best: Evidence and Policy Choices | Gary King
We show that AI-generated article reviews are now better, by every measure we could construct, than reviews written by well-compensated human experts and judged to be of unusually high quality by journal editors and authors. We then discuss how this result may inform journal policy choices, with concerning downsides as well as potential paths to increase publication speed and quality; reduce adversarial interactions; improve the experience of editors, reviewers, authors, and readers; and advance science.

@gedankenstuecke @bert_hubert the weirdest take I saw was a guy framing as at without AI it would not have been feasible or practical to get an exploit because of the effort of manual repeatable work and that’s why AI is bad because now 70% of the world’s websites are affected.

Sanctioning the #InternationalCriminalCourt #ICC is so much more than just "regrettable". It marks the end of the 1945 settlement, and of the so called #RulesBasedInternationalOrder. To describe this as "regrettable" is mealy-mouthed and grossly inadequate.
