Well, they could have funded the ACA subsidies that they dropped this year. ~17 Million or 77% of ACA users in 2025 were in Red States. Their premiums went up an average $1500.00. That's some serious political suicide. Trump promised a new healthcare plan in two weeks, 306 weeks ago. Look at GA:
