#WheelWednesday - Ukrainian BTR70, Sarajevo 1996. Seeing stuff like this was still 'exotic' to me in the mid 90's & still felt like spotting 'opposition' hardware from the cold war. Photo was snapped as I was travelling through the city in a Landrover, hence not being the best
