Hi Chuck. Have you considered any other leverage, such as cutting funding, not rubber stamping appointments, grinding the Senate to a halt? Thought about what tools Mitch McConnell would use? But maybe shaming Republicans with a fifth war power resolution vote will get it done. Fingers crossed!
