I don’t think everyone realizes how bad things are for US science: For the fiscal year that just ended, the Trump regime withheld $1.4 billion from the National Science Foundation’s research budget, which is about 1/5 of its primary research budget.

Our DHS grant was terminated last week. This was awarded via the University of Alaska Anchorage's Arctic Domain Awareness Center, which was dissolved by the Trump administration last year and then brought back by Senator Dan Sullivan. We were barely allowed to spend any of the funds. The reason?
