Last Wednesday, the photo I took two minutes before my beautiful fall. Went for a run in the park, took some photos, and then proceeded to demonstrate why humans were never meant to have only two legs.

Not many dahlias this year due to the weather, so my first Red Jill of the year has only now decided to show up.

Found a monster during today’s walk. He recently celebrated his 3000th birthday, so he’s a bit grumpy at the moment.

A very old tree with a big hole looking like a mouth and smaller holes looking like eyes.

Another year, another visit to Tulleys Pumpkins Festival. Lots of wonderful new displays this year and, as always, some marshmallow roasting. 🎃

I took this photo during a walk in Swinley Forest last Saturday. It’s one of my favourite places to walk in autumn, but sadly it was still too early for mushrooms. I’ll try again in a few weeks.

A low-angle view looking straight up the trunk of a tall tree, leading towards spreading branches against a blue sky, surrounded by other trees.

Hello, September. Glad you’re finally here, but please do not give us a warm welcome. A cold shoulder is fine.

I need to eat something different for lunch and dinner every day or I’ll go crazy. Yet somehow, I’ve eaten the exact same breakfast every day for almost two years. Make it make sense.

A visit to Arundel Castle. 📸🏰 I’ve been wanting to see it for a long time, so I’m happy to finally tick it off my list.

Like many people with ADHD, I often feel like ‘a jack of all trades, master of none’, as they say. But that isn’t true. I am a master at one of the most important things in the world: I can do the voice of Gollum to perfection.

I was driving in the middle of a five-lane roundabout when the government alarm went off on my phone. Then it went off on my wife’s phone. Then a second time on mine. We’re fine. Our hearts… not so much.

Good morning! 🌱 Watering the plants before we hit 35°C this afternoon, followed by 38°C over the next two days. Take care and keep hydrated. ✨

Sorry for being a bit quiet these past few weeks. I had a small burnout over Easter and needed a break. Slowly starting to feel better again.
