Last Wednesday, the photo I took two minutes before my beautiful fall. Went for a run in the park, took some photos, and then proceeded to demonstrate why humans were never meant to have only two legs.

Sorry to hear! I didn’t, but I have a long history of twisted ankles, so my ankles are a bit weird now. It must have happened well over 10 times. I’ll see how it feels tomorrow and get an X-ray if necessary, but if it’s like the other times, it should be fine with some rest.
