For #BSkyBeer: Gouden Carolus Cuvee van de Keizer Imperial Blond. 10.0% ABV. One of the last bottles from our trip to France. Full of flavour, and yet light enough to enjoy the whole bottle. I like this a lot, but have fewer braincells now. 9.5/10 Lively when poured, and some time after.

The verdict: they're definitely different beers but also VERY close relatives. Firstly, per bottles, Petrus = 8% while Forbel = 8.4%. Second, Forbel is ever so slightly sweeter. But differences are minimal & one could be excused for thinking they're one & the same. They're not, but it's very close!
