When I sell the house, I also pay capital gains taxes on difference between the purchase price and the sales price. Why don’t stocks and other investments work like that. There is no property tax on those. Only capital gains. 000

If you’re not aware, two gunmen opened fire on a Jewish Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach. A Muslim bystander rushed in and disarmed one of the shooters saving an unknown number of Jewish lives. The world needs more of this. 000
