Twin Cities, MN people, I am gathering interest for a new video game/moving image music orchestra that will be paid per-service. In the future, we’re also potentially making this a recording orchestra for soundtracks. Fill out the survey below if interested! docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F... (1/2)

Saw a great talk on museum collecting of video games and there's a survey for Alysha's PhD research you all can take as gamers, fans, curators, researchers, game developers, and practitioners. She said she's looking for more North American respondents! researchsurveys.deakin.edu.au/jfe/form/SV_...

So honored to be on a panel with @musicologess.bsky.social, @eightbitaria.bsky.social, and Sarah at Save the Games 2026 at the Strong National Museum of Play! Will hopefully be back again! 🎮

But what if I don't wanna >:[ #comic #cats

A digital 4 panel comic. The first panel has a white cat that says "I try to be nice to everyone". The second panel has a black cat that replies with "ok now be nice to yourself." Third panel is the white cat staring in silence, and the fourth panel the white cat's expression changed into an angry one

Swear to god, ICE could just announce they're leaving a city but not leave and the media will just stop covering that city completely even though ICE never left. It's what ICE and the media did with LA and they're doing it with Minneapolis too

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.

The launch of the University Minnesota’s Video Game Collection is today! Over one year of planning and consulting resulted in this launch. Thankful to everyone who has given advice on starting this, and hopeful it gets past pilot for it to remain permanent! 🎮
