Rachel continues to prove why she is the goat. Public Enemy has been scary good every time I’ve cast it. I started using it in Voltron metas, but this has been like triple fog in several games. Simply throw it on someone’s tapped creature in your 2nd main and it’s basically a single target goad.

Additionally, I feel like the game changer list should be larger instead of being shrunk down. Anyone invested enough to read the list will do it no matter how many cards are on it, and those who won’t don’t know what a game changer is and therefore should not be the target of these policies.

The current issue we are having w/ the bracket system is broadly that 3 and 4 are the subject of debate. The difference between 4 and 5 is obvious to anyone who is actually interested in B5 IMO, but some guidance to help people understand 3 vs 4 is needed.

That’s what people mean when they say Magic needs better promos. Riftbound is new and every event gives you cooler promos than Magic, all the way up to metal copies of your “commander” at their RCs for high placement and all the way down to promo packs with genuine chase variants at weeklies.
