Our next president will have to be technologically competent, at least , in order for us to sustain our place in the world. This will become increasingly obvious over the next 4 years as AI gets more powerful This isn’t necessarily bad. Truly. Done right, we will be a better, more equal society

Companies in Germany spent a year testing a 4-day work week where hours were reduced by 20% but pay was not. Getting people engaged to acquire skills or knowledge to perform at a task or role. The complexities come depending on whether the recipient is wanting to learn from their own motivation, or by request/order. I’m a big advocate for always consulting people in how they want to learn.
