Interestingly enough, it would be very easy to have a kill switch for a corporation that made an AI so bad we wished we had a kill switch for it. That would require us to change our laws about incorporation to include a corporate liquidation penalty for deadly corporate behavior.

Fascism requires an enemy. Netanyahu spent a decade building up Hamas into the enemy he needed. Only God knows why he ignored the clear signals that Hamas was about to attack, but the idea that he did so in order to launch Israel into a permanent state of war/emergency is plausible.
