The only way I can stave off despair is by doing what I can. Controlling what I can control. For me, that has meant downloading and printing important resources, buying physical books and DVDs, stocking up on goods like masks, and resharing information on social media.

My 2025 Ins and Outs Burnout threatened to consume me more than once this year, but each time I emerged on the other side stronger than before. In the process, I learned that in order to give my all, I have to nurture myself physically, spiritually, and mentally.
