A reminder that THE ROADS TO ROME is still on Kindle sale. Three years ago I was in Genoa, thinking about the arrival of the train and how it changed the experience of travelling to Rome.
View looking down onto station platforms that are partly below ground level and lead into a tunnel. Above them are some peachy-coloured buildings ranging from two two to six stories high. The sky is partly blue but some grey clouds are coming in.
