My ‘Atsoo attended Lejac Residential School (Photo 1) until 8th grade. She was “named” number 89. My mother and her siblings would later attend Lejac day school because my ‘Atsoo was recovering from tuberculosis.

This weekend we organized a counter-summit to Carney's fire sale of resources & public infrastructure. The rooms were overflowing and alive with movement energy. Then we marched, led by Indigenous leaders, took the barricades for hours and danced. Colonialism, neoliberalism, fascism: NO to it all.
