For the third time, the Trump admin is attempting to gut clean energy in California — this time, through an unlawful agreement to re-allocate $1.22 billion in taxpayer dollars to pay RWE to abandon its wind energy offshore CA in favor of out-of-state fossil-fuel projects. We intend to sue.
