Mail ballots have been protected for Colorado voters and Trump’s attempt to use the Postal Service to sabotage the 2026 elections has failed. Voters in Colorado will get their ballots soon and the election will run like any other.

We've continued to fortify our elections from federal interference. This election, we'll be sending out ballots & opening drop boxes earlier. We also worked with the legislature to pass a new law that prohibits any candidate for a 3rd term of the presidency from ever appearing on a Colorado ballot.
