I don’t like this poster at the Science Museum. It asks “can you make a Khan” For context Khan is a superhuman produced through eugenics. I don’t think this is the correct springboard for Sci comm to use. The idea of eugenics shouldn’t be trivially dealt with or ignore the harm the idea perpetuates

They are filming Art Detectives right outside the room I’m running an Impact workshop in. I keep getting interrupted by a director yelling ACTION and Larry Lamb cutting about. We’re not allowed to leave the room or we’d become an extra.

Taking my battery for a walk. Last night my power back got hot and started swelling. I unplugged it and after a tense night in the sink we’re off to a recycling centre.

Once I had a bumpy flight to Ireland. I was in the middle seat when the woman at the window (ignoring me) says to the woman in the aisle seat “I hate this”. To which aisle woman says “omg me too. Can I hold your hand” So I sat in the middle. As two strangers clasped hands over me. That was odd.
