And the mask, as loose as it was before, completely slips. Furries absolutely are a marginalized group. There is constant intentional misrepresentation and misinterpretation of what a furry is, even today. Instead of targeting furries online, find something productive to do.

Ultraforce is a fun and sometimes weird take on '90s superhero action. There's a decent chance if you watched cartoons in the '90s you came across it, and this is the first time it's getting a disc! mediaocd.com/product/ultr...

Ultraforce looks decent to rough. It's what exists for the show. The entire series has optional English captions if you need or want them. A few screenshot examples.

Frankly I didn't even want to have to make this post, since I've been glad to get back into making more positive content, but it's worth laying out what's happening. I'm happy to have the new podcast & having started uploading videos again, cuz it's made it much easier to ignore nonsense like this.

As Jacob points out here, yes, I have received a number of death threats over the course of the year. I'm going to be the bigger person and censor the names, but here's just a few examples from Bluesky, Discord and YouTube to show that it is indeed happening, and via multiple platforms.

Literally not what happened. I'm an open book with my online actions good and bad, so lying won't work and will backfire on YOU! I was alerted by Noah that I was being called out. Nobody "sent me after" anyone. I've never talked to this person prior and they only become because Noah mentioned them.

Just like what I did with Dolly Parton yesterday, here's the Facebook post I did to write a few words about Tim Curry and what I think made him an absolute legend.

It's bad enough that we just lost Dolly Parton yesterday, but also losing Tim Curry who was also 80 feels like a cruel joke from life this week. We can't even have time to emotionally recover from the passing of one legend, and now we gotta deal with not having Curry still with us as well.

This one is especially heartbreaking because Tim Curry is the definition of charisma. Regardless if it's in front of the camera, voicing an animated character or on the stage, he delivers an unforgettable charm that makes us get into his personality, regardless if he's the hero or the villain. He also knows the perfect amount of being over-the-top that makes him so enjoyable to watch at the same time where it is just enough to be goofy, but never in a way that's either unnecessary or too much.

Even when he's in something that's bad, he's never the one to blame for dragging the project down and is always the highlight of the moment. At worst, people would just say "At least Tim Curry's in it, so that helped a bit". He's the kind of actor whom everyone has a favorite role from him, and I'll never forget how he was THE legend as Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show during my teens when I was doing theater.

Godspeed to Tim Curry in the afterlife. We can only wish we can be as charming as him.
