For fellow gardeners, with all of the rain we had on the east coast of the US the past few days. I threw down a bunch of those water absorbing crystals. And it worked like a charm. Trying to give away the crystals to my neighbors. As I have a delivery of expanding soil coming today.

Is it me or should we get back to having young ppl. stand for older ppl? I just returned from an apt. where two 20 something or younger men sat while a man with profound orthopedic issues was standing. No one wants profound orthopedic issues,it’s unbelievable to me that 2 young men did not stand.

Not surprisingly, when I was going to put American flags in my front garden bed. One fell in the trashcan. I retrieved it and put the flags out. While, I don’t feel the jubilence of other Fourth of Julys. I am not gonna let a certain someone, steal the joy.
