1/ ICE has placed more than 50,000 people on 24/7 surveillance since June 2025, when it quietly adopted a new rule requiring GPS ankle shackling of people fighting deportation in immigration court, absent any evidence of flight risk. That’s why we filed a lawsuit to stop ICE in June 2026.

There are three important sources of funding for the Kennedy Center: government, charity, and ticket sales. Congress allocated $256 million for the Center that Trump is holding hostage. And charity and ticket sales plummeted as soon as he put his name on the building.
