If I had a nickel for every time Marvel ended a Daredevil show after 3 seasons, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

When this thing is uploaded, I hope you all give it a watch and let me know what you think. It started as a bit of a therapeutic exercise for me, but I think it explores something that I believe could be universal, and maybe there’s no reason to feel alone in that. This Friday… I’ll see you then.

As someone who doesn’t take time to congratulate themselves or acknowledge their accomplishments, I feel proud that this isn’t a project that I abandoned or left an unrealized dream on a word doc. It may not be the flashiest or biggest project in the world, but it is mine, and that’s enough for me.

I brainstormed an idea that was feasible to make alone, with some key help from family and friends, then spent most of July doing principal photography. After editing/reshooting for this past month of August, I can say that I’m personally proud of the final product, and I’ll be releasing it soon.

Then back in June, I’m not even sure the exact reason why, but I was struck with motivation to finally do what all these big filmmakers are always telling people: just make your film!

LEAVE A MESSAGE, I GUESS! It’s been 6 years since my last attempt at a narrative project. I’ve written in my own time, but due to COVID, working, and overall lack of resources (insert more personal reasons here etc etc), I couldn’t help but feel like I was losing touch with my creative side. Also, what a great start to 2026 for Haley Lu Richardson. Ponies and Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die are some of my favorites this year, with Richardson being a stand out in both!

It can be hard for a streaming series that drops all its episodes at once to get an audience, but I highly encourage people to watch #Ponies! Emilia Clarke & Haley Lu Richardson are the duo you never knew you needed. So much fun, but has real drama and tension as well.

#WakeUpDeadMan continues the tradition of every Knives Out theater viewing being a wonderful, communal experience with every other fan. The energy you get from an audience that’s properly locked in is hard to describe, but it’s magic when it does. And you can’t get that magic from streaming at home.

AMC Scream Unseen was #ShelbyOaks, and as a lifelong Stuckmann fan, I’m happy to say that my admiration for him as an artist has grown. Really solid horror film, that goes into some messed up places, anchored by a stupendous Camille Sullivan. I hope to see another Stuckmann feature in the future.

Binged all of #ThePaper and found it pretty solid. It’s definitely hampered down by how few episodes there are (probably the streaming mandated amount) and how the “everyone gets an award” finale doesn’t quite feel earned, but this could grow into something great. I hope it’s given that chance.

I think the way #Superman drops you right into the action, without a traditional backstory intro, might be off-putting for some. As a season of television, I can’t help but be a little disappointed with the way they’ve decided to adapt #TheLastOfUs for season 2. That being said, it still has some incredible moments of horror, suspense, and tender humanity. Pedro and Bella once again give it their all.

I found myself really taken by SEVEN VEILS. The story of a woman using art to process trauma, while also having to reclaim the narrative from someone who had her trust, but used it carelessly. I think there are certain things that could’ve been fine-tuned, but I found this really engrossing.
