iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I know we were all meming about how much of a dumpster fire this is gonna turn into but I've been lurking for a few minutes and so far everything seems pretty chill. Lost of people typing very fast, for sure, but so far nothing I completely regret witnessing with my own two eyes.

Don't get me wrong. I totally get WHY they make that a rule. I can only imagine how terrible it would be if they just let anyone on the server post links. But still. That would be the one thing that could get to to do anything besides lurk in here.

100

I did join out of morbid curiosity to see what it was like. They got a channel for sharing clips from Sonic Racing which is cool but you have to have posted enough to "reach Lv5+" in order to post links. I don't think I have the gall to even post one message in this server let alone enough. lol

Every now and then I forget that Sakurai and Toby Fox are seemily causual besties and I get a jump scare every time I see the two in the same room together. 😅

Day 5: Personality (Sole) Generally reserved and formal, but has a more outgoing side that comes out around people she's more comfortable with. Takes her spiritual beliefs seriously and an active pacifist. www.tumblr.com/jackitk/8296... #bweirdoctober

Simple pencil sketch of my OC Sole. She has a gleeful, closed eye, wide mouth smile with her hands clasped against each other, similar to a prayer pose.

Colored art of Lyn from Fire Emblem as a mermaid, holding the Manni Katti.

I think I made it for a zine in 2020. While I feel I could do better today, I did put a lot of effort into this one.

Okay, that's a little unfair to say. I guess I more so mean that even in general it's often a lot easier to just see things as black or white. It takes a lot more effort to see the gray of a situation so there's a lot of people out there who will just choose to ignore it.

To be fair, most people on the Internet don't know what nuance is.

I was looking for something else when I found this silly practice I did a few months back. I swapped Yarrow and Wist's color palettes on already finished renders. It was actually mega fun, and I would recommend trying it if you want a simple and silly drawing experiment.

A digital full body drawing of my original characters Wist on the left and Yarrow on the right.

Wist has had the colors swapped to Yarrow's palette while Yarrow has Wist's colors. I think it works for Wist, but Yarrow can't pull off the purple as well as Wist can.

I am not kidding when I tell you this was really fun to work out since the designs are pretty different the colors really help make the look, so I had to try a few different colors in places before coming to these. Like the red heart on Yarrow's chest piece is the color of Wist's boot bottoms

Day 4: Under-appreciated OC The saga continues... #art #ocart #bweirdoctober

Pencil sketches of a few of my characters as part of an OC October daily prompt. On the left is Sara and Jade with concern looks. Sara is staring down Gardina over a missing Earth Sol Spirit as a fire Sol Spirit hides around her ankles. Turns out, yes Gardina did take the Earth Sol Spirit, as she hides it behind her back.

A new addition to the drawing is Skip, over on the right side of the drawing. Using her skipping stones to teleport behind Gardina. Using the moment as a distraction to grab the Earth Sol Spirit back from Gardina.

Day 3: Old OC Decided to keep adding on to the previous sketch. I already got an idea of how to add onto it for day 4. #art #ocart #bweirdoctober #sketch

Continuation of day 2 drawing of Gardina hiding a Sol Spirit away from Sara. For day 3 I added Jade, as they're the only lasting OC I've had longer than Sara. They are standing next to Sara, giving her a concerned look as Sara continues her disapproving stare and the lion girl trying to plead innocence.

Not sure if I'll get around to today's drawing prompt. So, here's a sketch I've been sitting on for a little bit. Mostly to fill my non-gaming fan art quota. But also because I've been in a bit of a Looney Tunes mood as of late. #art #LooneyTunes #Roadrunner #fanart #sketch

Pencil sketch of Wile E Coyote and Roadrunner from the Looney Tunes shorts, standing on the road. Coyote is knocked out, dizzy after an anvil fell on his head. To is right is the Roadrunner, staring at him with a bit of a concern look in his eyes. Probably making sure he was alright before running off. A bit of the desert is in the background and you can see an indent om the ground from the last time a boulder fell.

Oh. I should specify the prices I listed were USD. Obviously prices will vary if you live in a different region.

000

JackitK @jackitk.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Essentially makes the game less than $30 bucks or about $36 bucks for some bonus stuff. Well worth that price IMO. I had a lot of fun with it despite by initial hesitation back when it was in the $70 range. It's a great time to pick it up.

100

I guess my overall feelings on this will depend on how they handle redistributing this promo in the future, assuming they follow through with allowing you to get it in the future.

000

I'd love to have the song for the sake of having it. But I don't know if it's worth the hassle of making a Sega account and getting it connected to my Twitch account. Then again, I'm just weird about the concept of unlockables that can't be unlocked in-game. That might be my age showing a bit thou

200

I don't even care about the juke box but I can sort of get the salt when they put one of the more popular songs in Sonic soundtrack interesting behind something as specific and outside the game as making it a Twitch drop.

100

It's okay. Personal health should take priority over a pocket monster. Hope you rest well.

New OC part 2 As a bonus, I want to share the brand new Sol Spirits that I just drew yesterday to use in the video game I'm developing and hoping to release this year.

A drawing of Sole sitting down on the ice after slipping over. Surrounding her in support are a batch of Sol Spirits from the game Soulful Slide. In the upper left corner is a water Sol Spirit with a light blue snowflake crystal on it's head. In the upper right is a wind Sol Spirit with the usual lighting bolt head acting as a support for the round fan resting on top of its head. In the lower right is an earth Sol Spriit with an evergreen tree for a head and dark blue ornaments replacing the usual rocks that rest along the side of its head. Resting among her feet is a fire Sol Spirit. With its usual orange and black color scheme, and charcoal on top of it's head, around it's neck like a necklace, and on the tips of its feet.

So yeah, I made a couple special variants of my Sol Spirit OCs specifically for my game. So I figured a drawing of them would be a fun way to celebrate finishing up their development. ☺️ #art #myart #ocArt #winter

With all the game design stuff going on, I'm not sure if I'll be able to actually keep up with this year. But I do want to do something with my OCs this month, so we'll see what I can do. Stay tuned for the start of this thread soon... #bweirdOCtober #beweridOctober2026 #ocart
