Today I made a buffet of about 3 dozen zucchini fritters, a huge batch of mujadara, a large Greek village salad with homemade dressing, tvp sausage & vegetable gravy (for the picky kid), a pot of basmati + homemade paneer (pictured) for myself. ... feeding a pair of teenagers is effing exhausting!

They're trying really hard to sell the idea but it's all a soup of mediocrity. They're failing to "automate" common sense, customer service, applied knowledge and talent. In my "world" people are buying into bargain websites that don't scale or connect to anything meaningful. Dollar store level. 🤣

My theory is, once the bubble pops, AI groupies who were 'all-in' on the GetRichQuick scam will move on to the next trend & AI will be integrated minimally useful. SO much of the output is nonsense right now! The AI signs that make everything a focal point? Haha! "make it pop" on everything. Ok.
