happy birthday bokuto, you have a big dick and even bigger heart in every universe

"Kuroo!" Koutarou hails him. "Hey, man!"

"Hello?" Kuroo looks around them.“Why are you here?”

"I'm bringing in some stuff for Tsukki. What are you up to?"

"Just—working, ah, and working out." He has this nerdy aura about him, hiking the strap of his bag higher on his shoulder. All he's missing are the glasses Kei keeps moaning about. "Heading to the gym right now, actually, so if you'll—"

Nuh-uh, not so fast. Koutarou cuts him off before he can squirrel away. "Hell yeah, dude, where do you go?"

Kuroo tries to dodge him. He blinks too fast then not enough. "I'm in between gyms right now."

"Come to mine! Sawamura's isn't corporate so its not soulless. I'll show you around, is tomorrow good?"

"Tomorrow? I don't—"

"That's cool, Thursday?"

"That's yeah, sure, yeah." Kuroo seems to deflate. "Sure. I’ll text you?" He holds his phone up.

Koutarou shakes his head. It'll be fine, he'll see. They can be both friends and lovers to the same man. Koutarou pats his pockets for his phone and thrusts it towards Kuroo after he’s unlocked it. "Put your number in, we'll hash out deets." He almost laughs at how miserable Kuroo looks, almost.

Kuroo returns his phone with a defeated, faraway look.

Man, he is handsome. No wonder Kei doesn’t manage to focus much. Koutarou wants to grab his shoulders and shake him a little, he’s so excited. He sends the new contact about a million smiley faces, grinning when he sees Kuroo’s screen light up.

Kuroo looks to his screen and the message—finally!—cracks a small smile.

Koutarou moves in for a half-hug and a pat on the back as goodbye. "I'm so pumped. See you Thursday!”

He speeds away before Kuroo can change his mind or make-up a better excuse to not see him. Hears a faint what just happened as he hauls Kei’s tote of books back outside.

👓 bokuto wipwed before bed

The best part is that he drives Kei crazy, fully off-the-wall, hands shaking towards the sun, out of his mind, crazy. They're like—perfect together. It makes Koutarou's usually steady hands falter. He’s not one to give in to the swoop of fear low in his belly. He’s got this! He’s gotta lift them up, not drag them down. He tries to keep the doubts out of mind, but he can’t keep them out of sight. Not when Kei worries his lip about them meeting. When he can feel how much Kuroo is missing in-between them.

He’s never doubted this. Three people to a bed is nothing, three people to a life has fit him just fine. He wonders if he can carry it. If Kei doesn’t look at their distribution and thinks pairs make more sense than this lopsided crush they both have. If he wonders what it would be like to tell his brother about a boyfriend instead of having to hide this part of his life, worried that it’s too out there and he won’t be understood. If sitting two and two at a booth might make him relax a little when Bokuto grabs his hand over the table. If he’d be able to finally settle. Maybe it would be better for him. For all of them.

glasses krtsk wip wednesday

Kei finds himself traversing a dual path, himself and Kuroo, themselves days ago, shoulder to shoulder, when Kei stealthily planned how to end-up hand in hand. Now Kuroo offers it freely, grips it tightly with slightly sweaty palms. The trip stays the same, pavement and lonesome inner streets, the hanging branches of shade-giving trees swaying with the hot breeze in mirror arcs, waving at them as they walk past. Kei sees his own phantom self trailing behind them, hopeful. Dare to hope, he thinks. It's new, barely hatched, but it is, and the jealousy he feels for a stranger today is a murmuring echo of the one his past looks at him with. They are here now. He is here now, and Kuroo walks beside him with limber steps, leading him by the hand, knowing the way home.

Screenshot of snippet. Reads:

"Snitch."

"I play to win."

He's awake now. Kei lowers his eyes, tilts his head down. "Can you come here?"

"Tsukki—"

He takes off his bottoms and his underwear in one go, sliding them off his legs. Once he's free of them, he leaves himself exposed to the air, legs bent on the bed and leaning back on his elbows.

Kuroo eats shit trying to get to the bed. He slips on his pants, smacks his arm into the nightstand and falls into the mattress face-first. Recovers with a hissed cursed and rights himself as he sets a knee on the bed to sit in between Kei's legs.

He reaches for Kuroo's waistband to pull it down. As Kei laughs, he thinks, my win this time.

The second the words left Tsukishima's mouth, he knew he was too drunk. Curse all three of them-Kuroo, Bokuto, and Akaashi-for handing him drink after drink. He should've known better.
'Never?'
Ignoring the blood rushing to his face, he drums his fingers on the table. 'Never!

'Do I need to draw a diagram?' he fumes. 'We start having sex, and I don't know, either I can't stay in the moment or they get there before me and by that point, it's over with!
'So you bottom exclusively?'
'I guess,' he sighs, throwing his hands up. 'Can we talk about something else?'
'No, the three of them answer in unison.
'Maybe you should try topping?' Bokuto suggests, tapping his chin. Akaashi hums in agreement.
Tsukishima can't look at them as he says this, turning to stare at the wall with his head held high.
'Not interested.
Refusing to see their reactions, he misses how Kuroo's hand tightens around the bottle of beer he's holding. He misses the glance the couple of their group gives each other, delight at how the conversation was unfolding lighting up Akaashi's face.

He can hear Tetsurou's excuse before he opens his mouth so he silences him by raising his finger.
'I know why you did it now. That doesn't mean l've forgiven you.'
'Tell me how I can make it up to you.'

Twenty minutes of pleading, closing his eyes and reopening them, and pleading some more did not fix his problem. Now he certainly couldn't go to the med bay. He needed help, and there was only one place he could turn.
Or: Tsukishima gets infected during an exploration. He tries to turn to his trusted senpai Akaashi, only to find Kuroo instead. They fuck, in the name of science.

Tsukishima sputters. 'I am not showing you that?! I know what it changed it to, thank you. I don't need your opinion on that.
'Right,' Kuroo nods, stroking his chin. His gaze keeps dropping down to settle between Tsukishima's legs.
There's an unfamiliar heat twisting itself into
Tsukishima's body. 'But just to be sure you're not hallucinating the changes, let me see!
'No."

'Run that by us again? Slower this time?'
Bokuto's cheeks are red as he repeats himself, slower but barely above a whisper. Kuroo's eyes track his mouth, the words forming on Bokuto's lips.
'I made her squirt.'
If a record scratch had stopped all sound in the bar, it would not have thrown off either of the couple more than Bokuto's words did. Kuroo feels Tsukishima's reaction in their hands, still connected, as he squeezes down on Kuroo's fingers. Kuroo wets his lips, blinking a few times. Each half-second of silence causes Bokuto's hair to physically begin to droop.

CW TW as the tags mention, watersports is mentioned for two lines where it's clear that if it happens, they would continue but not an active kink and it doesn't actually happen. Also Tsukki is trans and his body is referred to using multiple gendered terms (both cunt and dick). If those don't bother you, enjoy the smut!!

The turn of his head towards Bokuto is painfully slow, but his voice betrays nothing as he breaks the silence. 'Oh no, you're drowning in a river of pussy given to you willingly. Woe is you!
'Tsukki!' Bokuto shrieks, snapping back up. 'It's a burden, okay! Kuroo, you're corrupting him, where's this foul language coming from?'
'What?!' Kuroo gasps, tugging Tsukishima's hand with him when he places his right hand on his heart in mock disbelief. 'Me? He's got the mouth of a sailor and has since high school!'
'Now you're just lying. Bokuto-san will never believe you!

Happy wipwednesday, let the smut gods smile on me tonight so they can finally get Bokuto into the bedroom and between Tsukishima’s legs already.

'Text us when you make it home safe!' Kuroo yells after his disappearing form. Once he's fully out of sight, Tsukishima wastes no time in grabbing the lapels of Kuroo's coat and pulling him in for a bruising kiss. Kuroo inhales the spiced bergamot of Bokuto, letting Tsukishima's tongue slip inside of his mouth.
'Take me home,' Tsukishima demands between biting at Kuroo's bottom lip and attempting to crawl beneath his skin. It's a sentiment they share more often than not. Kuroo groans, threading his hand between the short curly locks on the back of Tsukishima's head. He tugs, forcing their mouths apart.
'I would if you would let me breathe.'
'Figure out how to do both.'
