Collector Boosters are getting three cards less, there's a non-zero chance of getting a "god pack" which means scalpers are going to go berserk for CBBs every new set, and sell back foils c/uc cards that consumers would have otherwise had a chance of getting.

All of the proposed changes are absolutely awful for the majority of players & consumers. The response to players' disappointment in opening a foil c/uc is to just cut the foil from packs? Rather than increase the rate of rares/mythics in foil in packs?? Totally ridiculous, and transparent greed.
