This is 100% FALSE. Immigration judges do NOT play any role in issuing administrative warrants. They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves. ICE’s own training materials say they can’t be used for a search of a home! Here’s a blank warrant form. Note who signs it.
Shown is a blank sample administrative warrant. The only place for signatures is for an immigration officer. No judge has to sign off on it.

So many women were being forced out of the workforce at that time due to layoffs and lack of childcare. I knew that if I stepped back from work, I'd be counted in that group. But that didn’t feel like it would accurately describe my situation. I wondered ever how many other women felt that way. 2/x
