I’m on season 3 of Shrinking on Apple TV and lovin’ it so far. It’s taking everything for me not to binge watch the 3rd season today instead of making phone calls. I’m going to be bummed when the show is over. I know, I’ll pick out a book today to read for a smoother transition.

I managed to float the Deschutes River with a torn rotator cuff. Planes, trains, automobiles…and floaty inner tubes with minimal discomfort. Getting in and out of the car was the worst part. I don’t know exactly how I tore it. Maybe hauling garbage, moving boxes in the garage, or yard work. 🤷🏽‍♀️
