Week 41 (my 2nd year at UTN's 3rd year) This week was sooooo super fantastic. It was Welcome Week. Our first students enrolled. Our President Hans-Jürgen Prömel started the Welcome Week with, "Now, we are a true university". YEAH!!

The specific accusation is that an editor published 27 of his own papers in a special issue that he edited himself. The evidence is right there on the page I linked. As I assume you know, this is a gross violation of professional norms. And FWIW the phrase “Chinese whispers” has racist origins.
