Thank you for this. I struggle with much of what you brought up Shame can be utterly paralyzing and takes on a momentum of its own, and there’s an ego intersection with beating yourself up that can be very hard to identify when you’re in a moment

This piece was concepted over a year before I painted it. Originally I envisioned the original Kiki-Jiki, but realized that didn't make a lot of mechanical sense as Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker can't copy himself. "Reflection" sells it much better imo.
