My call is be careful of ultra bearish midterm election sentiment w/ a crazy macro / govt backdrop. When we get to 10/1 of the midterm year, so much has been priced in. A reversal in 10/20/30yr yields lower could very easily cause a panic buy situation back under 5% real quick. Ive been buying.

How much of this is Millennials getting married and raising kids after going hard in our 20s and early 30s? I go to work and with wife/kids when I am not at work mostly at home. Going out also has been become very expensive with just about everything.

I have been checking in on Zillow. Crime scene and a suckers buy here. Draw a line to 2018 prices and I think that is where its going. I am not sure how an appraiser can submit a number with a straight face the mortgage company would agree with.

The Q3 hedge fund letters are going to be so interesting (extremely baggy) to read. Needed to be OW Healthcare + Energy + not barf when Tech momentum rolled over in July/August. S&P500 up 3%. GFL beating that! The rotation inside the index has been brutal. Anyone within 500-800bps did okay.
