Red Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen, with a Scarlett CM25 MKIII leaning on it (connected to its back), and a front facing cable going to an invisible in the screenshot headphones. All came a part of the Studio kit for the Scarlett.

A pair of KRK systems Classic 5 studio monitors stacked on top of each other. They work like dream
