That's a lie cuz with the ACA you have to use last year's income to determine this year's tax credit and if you get too much of a tax credit, when you file your taxes, you have to pay that portion back. If you end up making less income and should have gotten a larger credit, they give it to you.

I believe Carney knows Canadians won't purchase the liquor if it's on shelves so by agreeing to bring it back to shelves, he feeds Trump's ego by appearing to give in to Trump's (fruitless) demands which furthers a deal
