I just had a realization when talking about the time bubble in FFXIV's story and I realized when Thancred in HW gets yeeted from the lifestream we clearly see some sort of change in his physical appearance-- he's got a goatee and longer hair, clearly some time has passed for him then--

when I was in undergrad and taking painting courses, there was a mix of acrylic and oil painters in all my classes (I used acrylic) and instead of beefing we just enjoyed each others' techniques with our chosen paints this feels like a "oh so you hate waffles/pancakes?" moment
