I may not always have the spoons but I've been doing this new thing of purposefully decompressing with a movie after work. With respect to my mood I intentionally choose things that will evoke emotion / open me up / change my head space. This has been huge for getting inspired to do some music stuff

Technically wrote a terrible song with mostly open strings and 3 singular notes held down on the E/A on an out of tune guitar in the 3rd grade hahaha my poems were becoming more melodic I was trying badly 🤷🏾‍♂️ After learning guitar my first real song lyrics & melody was sometime in the 8th grade, 13?
