I have had a "job interview" that lasted from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (a campus visit at a university and meetings with multiple groups of individual stakeholder panels, and all meals were with panelists, too). I had a water bottle, a coffee mug and granola bars. Drew the line at packing sandwiches.
