No idea if this is a particularly Australian thing, but that the very generic “cocktail sauce”

COCKTAIL SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
▢ 2/3 cup / 160 g tomato ketchup
▢ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
▢ 1/4 tsp each mustard powder (or Dijon), onion powder, garlic powder, white sugar
▢ Dash Tabasco
▢ 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
▢ 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
▢ Salt and pepper

Last couple of Christmases I’ve been doing smoked pulled ham - get a whole ham, smoke and wrap until you’re past pulled pork temperature. Shreds like pulled pork but keeps ham texture and flavour - incredible stuff

Smoked pulled ham, peeled prawns & cocktail sauce, a sweet potato casserole hanging out in the back with some lemon pepper beans

Absolutely agree - my wife made this recipe recently where you bake the whole bananas (peel on) then steep the insides in cream and it makes a huge difference, it makes it properly banana flavoured!
