London traffic this morning🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲 Having expanded London's network of Cycleways from 90km in 2016 to over 450km today, there are now on average 1.5 million cycle trips a day. Wonderful to be part of this happy group of commuters.

Mixed results in my final attempt of the summer to finish first of the over-50s at Walthamstow parkrun today: first in the 55-59 age group but was beaten by THREE over 60s and two young whipper snappers aged 50-54. In fact the second overall was a 54-59 year-old who ran 18:17 .... 😮😯😲 #parkrun

My house is permanently cluttered and it used to bother me when I saw other people’s minimalist houses, but… no books, CDs, vinyl, cassettes (!), guitars, piano, bikes, wetsuits, hiking boots, sleeping bags, tents…. Not that everyone needs all that stuff but don’t trust anyone who doesn’t have any!

Absolutely unacceptable treatment of my wife and son at the hands of @gwr.com at Paddington this morning- more details to follow but in short their train was cancelled so a member of staff put them on an earlier one whereupon they were charged an EXTRA £68 as their ticket wasn’t valid.
