David, point taken. The epidemiologists in Michigan were also correct, the data did not support a statistical relationship between lead in the drinking water and high lead in kids. Fortunately a Doctor had a feeling the data wasn't the whole story.

It just seems like going to SCOTUS was a mistake bc of course they wouldn't say the ruling wasn't wrong and that muddies the waters on further action. And that's probably why that's the course those Dems chose; they don't want to do the hard things and they don't care about disenfranchisement
