The city council of Twin Falls Idaho just approved over $100,000 for the police department to buy crowd control equipment without breaking down what set equipment is. I just filled out a questionnaire about being part of a focus group about "expanding energy infrastructure in the Magic Valley." This feels like a giant data center sniffing around. I have zero faith in Idaho leadership on a state or local level protecting our wild spaces or property rights.

decided that replacing the sprinkler system was more than the building is worth. (?!?) I feel like there’s something else. My daughter uncovered fraud and corporate basically snoozed on it. Today all of the corp peeps showed up and told all of the employees that the facility is closing 8/31.

My oldest daughter works at an assisted living center in NY. She found out through digging that the facility is being shut down and corporate has known but didn’t tell anyone. Apparently they’ve been operating without a sprinkler system and got dinged by the state. Fannie Mae owns the building and
